Do we need an appointment?
NO! We are catering to nationwide businesses, therefore no appointment is necessary, everything can be discussed over the phone and by email.
How do I place an order?
Call Annabelle or Neil on 01285 711785 or alternatively email us at info@squeakyball.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
We can then determine what package would suit your needs and confirm a price.
How do I pay?
You can pay online through the website by clicking on the "add to basket" icon which then leads you to the checkout page. You can then either choose to pay by credit card or from funds from your own PayPal account. Alternatively, we can send you an invoice with payments terms of 30days subject to an original up front deposit of 50%.
What happens after I have placed an order?
We will email you a confirmation of payment if you have paid via the website. Alternatively we will send you an invoice for an immediate payment of 50% of the total cost of the project (the second invoice will be issued when the project is completed). Works will not be undertaken until the deposit has cleared.
We will then contact you by phone or by email to discuss in more detail what your wishes are for the site. If you have a Skype account then it is possible to live chat as well.
A contract will be sent to you by post to be signed and returned. View Contract
You will be given a website link with a username and password to your own demo page. You can then view the progress of your site while it is under construction.
Once you are satisfied with the site we will then publish it (go live) on the net and your invoice will issued for the remaining amount.
